Establishes appropriate fees for permit applications.Īssists with developing the Development Review Engineering web page(s) and maintaining up to date information, forms and links within the appropriate section of the web site.Īssists Engineering Inspectors with processing construction documents and filing as necessary for closeout. Processes permit applications by entering information into appropriate system and processing with other departments and agencies as required. Issues appropriate permits for commercial and residential right-of-way construction. Reviews, determines type, and estimates appropriate cost for Right-of-Way and related applications to be issued to builders, contractors, and private individuals.
